By accessing or using Product Sanctum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service (briefs, stories, practice responses). We claim no ownership of your content.
Our Content: The Service, including AI system prompts, company intelligence, frameworks, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed.
AI Output: AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use in interview preparation. You may use them freely for that purpose.
When billing is active, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. We will provide 30 days notice before subscription price changes.
If you provide your own API key, you are responsible for its security and any charges from the AI provider. We encrypt stored keys using AES-256 and never expose them in logs, errors, or client-side code.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You have the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing [email protected].
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
For claims under $10,000, the losing party is not responsible for the prevailing party's attorney fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will provide 30 days notice before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
